Hello elcampa,

 

I've gotten the representative to look at your ticket and get your RMA rolling, I also went to check up on the ticket and left a response myself in regards to your RMA. Please let me know if you would like me to continue on with that ticket process.

Thank you for your help, they did indeed approve it, 1 questionis is it possible to pay for the replacement so it could be sent before i send this problem cooler back as my pc could not be used until the cooler was checked and then replaced? Can this be sorted for me
