DarkAgent Posted May 16, 2015 Share Posted May 16, 2015 Ever since I did the latest update... When cue is open and the active window the lighting on the keyboard works fine. I can switch between the profiles with zero issues. Whenever I click off the program (onto anything else or the desktop) the lighting on the keyboard turns off. Toasted Posted May 17, 2015 Share Posted May 17, 2015 Set the profile to default and save it to the device memory (For static lighting during times where CUE is not available). If that did not help, you can turn off automatic profile switching by right clicking the icon in the tray menu, then manually click your profile.
