Wink Force GT 120 GB Problems with Mac X OS Lion

Hi, I have a Mac Mini i recently bought and i change the original hard drive for a Corsair Force GT 120GB and the computer started giving me problems like getting frozen and the screen would give me a lot of lines, well i took it to the apple and they did all the test they do and they say is the hard drive they didn't know i have change the drive at this point, so my question is does the drive is compatible with mac or do i have to do something for the drive to work fine with Mac X OS Lion cause when i used to use it with windows 7 it works perfectly fine. Thank you in advanced

In general Apple products are designed only around the hardware they sell, so I wouldn't count on getting this to work on MAC OS X. If you have no problems in Windows 7, then you see, it's just another reason for ditching Mac. They only look nice, but work like ****.
