Fischius84
Hello, I tried nearly everything from the forum but don´t get Temps from my H100. Everything (FW Node, FW Commander, Version C-Link Software is up to date). Temps sometimes start at 100° Celcius, then count to zero and stay there. After this they rise up und fall again. Pump is connected to cpu fan and Radiator Fans are connected to the cooling node. When connected to Pump i get no RPMs or the double orange ones with way to high rpms. Fans are Noctua NF-P12 (3-Pin). If it is an warrenty issu is there any chance to rma an H100?
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted September 25, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 25, 2013 This fans are not compatible with our cooler and may not work well with our Cooling node as well. The Noctua PWM fan will work much better with the Cooler or cooling node. And what Firmware version is on the cooling node? And please provide a screen shot of the system page in CLink and of the devices page, and tell us the version of the software please?

Fischius84
Are the wrong fans the reason, why they don´t spin up at custom curve settings, if the average core heat rises?
Toasted
You can try update the Cooling node FW to 1.2.11 and see if that helps with the fan control. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=118618 As for the H100i temp, Have you tried deleting all the LINK files and make a new one? If not, Close the LINK software Go to %Appdata%\Corsair and delete the files inside the folder. Open the LINK software and see if that fixes the H100i temperatue display. Fischius84
Thanks Toasted, I´ll try later @home. Is it the same for H100 because you wrote about 100i?
Thatualle1970
The H100 should only have one temperature (the coolant temp) -- what you're seeing are phantom devices usually caused by ESD, but can sometimes "just show up", especially if your ground isn't very good. Restart the service (Options Tab) then delete all the 0.0 temperature devices (right-click) and re-save your profile.
wytnyt
while it may not be the only cause,,some usb connected devices will cause extra phantom icons to show
Fischius84
Hey, the phantom temp was gone on startup. But the other problems stay. Fans dont automatically spin up on custom profile and h100 temp jumps from zero to 60 and up and down again. Think i am finished. Soon will look for air cooling. When i force fans to max under prime my cpu temperature goes up to 60 degreed.
