neal022277
Hi All! First, I'm new to system building, I just built my first system. Everything has gone very well so far. I'm just finishing up with the details (updating driver, tweaking software, etc....). I'm having an issue with the Corsair Link 2. The only devices that are showing up in the program are my CPU and GPU's. It recognized the AX1200i, but only for a minute. I've tried everything I know of, I've even uninstalled the program, and reinstalled it, only to see no change. I've played with the settings (which are very simple and straight forward) making sure the "show all devices" box was checked..........no change. Also, my SSD isn't showing up either....not sure if it is supposed too???? Any/all help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Toasted
Do you have a LINK Kit? Are you using the LINK USB dongle? (included with the AXi series PSU) Check Device manager, are there any errors under a device?
neal022277
I'm using the LINK dongle provided with the PSU. I checked device manager and there are not errors.
Toasted
Uninstall the dashboard and the driver (both are listed in Programs and Features)Then delete any remaining files fromC:\Program Files (x86)\Corsairand%appdata%\Corsair Then install the dashboard again and see if it can find the AXi PSU.
