Default Icue issue. 25-40% cpu usage.

I have this problem with Icue and i dont know what to do. It takes up between 25-40% of my pcs cpu power. It make my games lag and the rgb on the keybopard lags too. What do i do. Im on a lenovo legion y520 laptop with a gtx 1060 3gb and i5 procesor.

That is uncommon, but then I can't quite equate CPU % on your model. Nevertheless, go to the apps setting in Windows and click on iCUE. Select the modify option, then repair. See if this knocks things back into the 2-4% expected.

Another possibility would be to use the prior version of CUE 2 (2.24.50) that does not have all of the monitoring capabilities that may not be of use to you in this situation. It does not change the functionality of the keyboard. iCUE or CUE 3 was the integration of two different control programs. You don't need the controls for the the internal device stuff.
