Sad iCue randomly doesn't recognize K55 keyboard.

Hello! When I lock my PC iCue disregards the current profile (I can tell since it changed my LED colour on the keyboard) and that doesn't bother me, but sometimes when I unlock my PC, my keyboard won't be recognized by iCue. The hotkeys won't work, the LEDs are different, and even my Caps lock, num lock, and window lock indicators won't work (The 3 white lights on top) and the only way to fix it is to unplug my keyboard and plug it back in. I was wondering if this is a faulty keyboard or just an issue with iCue? All of my drivers, and bios are up to date.

Hi, Are you plugging your keyboard into a USB 3 port ( Blue ) ? I had problems when I first got my keyboard and plugged in to the USB 3 but even since I've used USB 2 It has worked perfect
