Happy 570 X White case throwing off IDE detect error

Five months later four motherboards two power supplies three different CPUs have I found the problem with my first and only computer build. Last night on phone with MSI technician regarding my second MEG Z390 ace motherboard did he uncover one of the case inputs produced IDE detect error code preventing booting. I started a support ticket with Corsair to replace the case. How frustrating is that? Motherboards today are very sensitive and specific with requirements for booting. Fortunately the codes that are shown on motherboards help determine what cause may be.

I decided and ordered a new case. Corsair support wanted me to video system built out of case and in case to see error, then ship back at my own cost. If they cannot duplicate error shipped back to me at my own cost. No risk for Corsair. That"s how Corsair support rolls.

Why send the whole case back instead of just the front I/O

After I get a working computer up and running, I'll explore rebuild my first case. I have two motherboards because of all the exchange replacement issues.
