Hello!

I use two Pairs of TWINX1024-3200C2 (XMS3202v5.2 0604172-1 + 0603882-0) on my ASUS P4P800 Deluxe. With normal SPD-Settings all works fine, but when i try faster settings in the BIOS for the RAM my system allways crashed, exspecialy when 3D-Aplications are runnig.

Do i have some errors in my BIOS settings? I use the folling ones:

JumperFree Configuration:

- AI Overclock Tuner : Manual

- DRAM Frequency : 400 Mhz

- DDR Reference Voltage : 2.75V

- other settings : Auto / default

Chipset:

- Configure DRAM Timing by SPD : Disabled

- DRAM CAS# Latency : 2.0 Clocks

- DRAM RAS# Precharge : 3 Clocks

- DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay : 3 Clocks

- DRAM Precharge Delay : 6 Clocks

- DRAM Burst Length : 8 Clocks

- Memory Acceleration Mode : Auto

- DRAM Idle Timer : Auto

- DRAM Refresh Rate : Auto

I also tried the AI Overclock Tuner at "Standart", the DRAM Burst Lenght at "4 Clocks" and the Memory Acceleration Mode at "Enabled". I became also crashes... As far as i know the TWINX1024-3200C2 should work at 2-3-3-6 on P4-Systems  .

Could someone help me with this problem?

PS: sorry for my english ;):

The 3-3-3-8 Timing will be the same timing as the normal SPD settings.

Because of this i decided to try some settings, at the moment i have 2,5-3-3-6 at 2,75V and the "Memory Acceleration Mode=Enabled" and it look good since now...

What about the "DRAM Burth Length"? I could use 4 Clocks or 8 Clocks. At the moment i use 8 Clocks.
