frost03
Sooo I've been building my gaming PC for a while now, I don't have a lot of money so every time I get paid I buy some parts. I had just bought my RAM and my PC is nearly finished I just need a graphics card. Now I'm not sure if Corsair's RAM needs an operating system for the RGB to work but it isn't. I plug in the computer, my motherboard RGB turns on, I hit the power button, all my fans RGB turns on and my Corsair AIO turns on but the RAM's RGB isn't. I highly doubt it would be the sticks themselves because they're brand new and I had bought 2 packs of 16GB kits so if one of them didn't work I would figure only 2 of my sticks wouldn't. AngryButters
Install the Icue software and see if you can turn on your RGB RAM sticksl. IF the RGB isn't working then with the warranty you should get it replaced.
DevBiker
The other thing to do is to check and make sure that SPD Write is enabled. Now, this hides in different parts of the BIOS depending on motherboard but it's usually somewhere around where you set advanced RAM overclocking settings. I wish I could be more specific than that but ... well ... I've seen that setting all over the place.
