b69piper
I am trying to use the memory configurator on the website to find memory for my motherboard. I have tried, Firefox, Chrome, and IE and with each one, the drop down boxes for the manufacturer of the motherboard and model number are blank. Any ideas? Corsair Employee Corsair Rick Posted March 22, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 22, 2019 Hello b69piper, We are aware of the issue regarding our memory finder. Unfortunately I do not have information regarding when the issue will be resolved. Our website recently went through a large overhaul.
b69piper
Thanks for letting me know.... As someone who works in IT for a living, System Admin, IT should pull the memory finder from the site or put a disclaimer on it that its broke and your working on it. Also let IT know that the code should have been QC'd before promoting to live. It's the little things.... Also let them know, it just cost you a sale. I will be looking elsewhere for my memory...... Corsair Employee Corsair Rick Posted April 3, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 3, 2019 The memory finder is something that will be updated over time. It's currently been working well for me minus some odd results that I've reported. It's only going to get better with time!
