GutTruck Posted October 6, 2017 Share Posted October 6, 2017 Yes, the OS is on the M.2 drive. Replacing the HDD with an SSD will not void the warranty and it appears to be super easy to swap it out. They even provide a link to a how-to video on the site: [ame] [/ame] Edit: I just re-watched the video and it appears to be a little old. The narrator mentions that the OS is on one of the drives you'd be removing, but that does not apply to the current Pro models. The OS does reside on the M.2.
