TDderpy Posted June 18, 2017 Share Posted June 18, 2017 Hi, I bought the void surround hybrid headset (USB) about 2 weeks ago, and since day 1 I've had problems with the mic quality after a computer restart. Everyone said I sounded like a robot. The problem was fixed after reconnecting the headset but I had to unplug and re-plug back in my headset after each restart. Currently I've tried: New drivers Stock drivers Different Computer Different program Using the 3.5mm instead of the USB R.M.A. The problem persists after all of these, including a new headset. Any advice would be appreciated.
