It's really hard to tell because of the back round noise. Was the system under load when you were changing profiles?

I am sorry but it sounds fine to me with what you have described and you can change the profiles so I do not see an issue.
Try it with only one of the corsair fans in the system and connected to the cooler and run through the different profiles. But keep in mind it can take up to 2 Min for the fan sped to ramp up an try going from Profile one directly to profile 3.
