Default Void Pro RGB Wireless Volume Problem

I recently got this new headset, and it was working fine, till today. I loaded up a video and the volume was much lower than it should be, Yesterday it was the same level and it worked fine but now the sound is much quieter, however this problem only persists for videos, not for music. I tried listening to spotify and it was working just fine, tried watching a video and it didn't. I tried resetting, rebooting, and reinstalling. Nothing's worked, anyone got any solutions?
Thanks in advance.

It could be the video itself. Commercials on TV do this a lot, you will have the volume set and watching a show. Then a commercial comes on and blasts out your ears.

Hi Psychotastic, try opening your Volume mixer to see if the volume is lowered for the video player. You can right-click the speaker icon in the system tray to get there.
