neil_1821 Posted May 29, 2018 Share Posted May 29, 2018 I have no idea why but for some reason my mic does not work on my H2100. I haven't changed any settings, i've uninstalled drivers, ran ccleaner, re-installed the drivers. Set is as default device but everytime i go on it it says there is no jack information. Try going to Windows Settings > Privacy > Microphone and Allow apps permission to access the microphone. A recent update set permissions to off as default.
