Advanced RMA 766815, re-shipped another unit

Hi,

can you please check the RMA number provided?

 

I've already received the replacement product providing my credit card details but since I've returned the defective one I've received an email regarding the shipment of a new unit!

 

Can you please check and void the original charge?

That's very strange.

 

After 6 days and returned the defective product, returned your wrong replacement product support told me you have received a pair of shoes!

The packages has been sealed and with the original packing list inside, however I haven't received yet my credit card refund.

Now I will move with my bank in order to reobtain the scammed amount.

 

That's a very bad policy Corsair!
