maxwell.jd Posted June 2, 2018 Share Posted June 2, 2018 Hey everyone, just bought a brand new HS70, and I'm trying to use the CUE program to activate surround sound. Unfortunately, the program won't pick my new headset up. Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this? I've already tried reinstalling but that didn't work. bobalay Posted June 22, 2018 Share Posted June 22, 2018 Has this been resolved? I got a pair of HS70's today and installed iCUE 3.4.95 and it doesn't pick up my headset either. Running W10Px64 and windows picked it up and they are working but not w/ the iCUE software. Update...Figured it out, I have to right click and run iCUE as administrator. After I ran as admin iCUE detected them and I was able to update the HS70 firmware. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
