You'll have to get low profile memory to ensure that your cooler will fit. This will be an ITX build so everything will be over all smaller. If you're willing you can go to a mid tower as well. In that case I'd suggest the 500D. Over all just keep an eye out for our cases that explicitly say it can fit a 280 mm radiator at the top but also keep in mind that your other parts may not allow enough room.
