Dmgp1 Posted August 1, 2017 Share Posted August 1, 2017 I had question just purschased my wireless void yesterday and follow manual and put them to charge over night, notices in the morning the led was still pulsing Amber. I said to my self I'm pretty sure it should've been fully charged by now. I plugged it in a 3.0 USB port. I kept charging and to no avail the led light kept pulsing amber. Finally I decided to turn it on and ran corsair cue and it showed that the headset we're 100% charged. Is normal for the led on the mic to stay pulsing amber while charging? Unplugging and replugging the headset, the light turns green on the info mic. If you haven't done so already, try updating the firmware through the CUE software. On CUE software shows headset charged to 98%. So was thinking of returning them to Fry's and get another set and see if the same thing happens.
