Hi,
I took delivery of a new chair yesterday and the right arm rest has a fault. The thumb button to control forward/backwards movement of the arm rest appears to have a broken mechanism so do teeth don't engage to hold the arm rest in place. As a result, the arm rest moves back and forth freely. I don't want to have to RMA the whole chair as it will be a complete pain to ship. Would it be possible to get a new arm rest sent out to me so I can replace the faulty one? Thanks, Chris. |
