JTR616 Posted February 18, 2018 Share Posted February 18, 2018 A few days ago all my downloaded keyboard lighting profiles stopped working and when I go into the CUE software to try and reset my profiles and assign the macro keys I get a red exclamation point ina triangle and it says Malfunction. I've uninstalled and re downloaded the software and nothing changes. I'm running version 2.23.40 and it says my firmware is up to date. I tried to force a firmware update and now my k95 isn't listed in CUE at all. Is there way I can uninstall the the recent version and go back to the old version?
