Default No response to opened ticket


I've opened the ticket (#835975) on 01/08 (proof of purchase uploaded), haven't heard anything back yet, the ticket status is still open (no response from Corsair representatives).

I would like to apologize for the delayed response but it does look like our team has been able to respond back to your RMA ticket it has been approved.
