Hi! I have a VOID PRO RGB Wireless headset and I was curious as to the limitations of the sidetone function. I am a musician and when playing an instrument through the mic, it will barely pick it up. However, with sidetone, I am able to clearly hear the instrument. Why is this? Is there any way to make it so the input of the mic replicates the sidetone?
Specifically, I want to use this sidetone function for Discord. Is there any way to make it so others can hear what I hear with sidetone? |

Sidetone plays back what the microphone hears into the earphones. It's intended to mimic conditions where you aren't wearing a headset. It's very helpful for teenage boys that can get loud because they can't hear themselves.
