was wondering if Asrock's X99E-ITX/ac is compatible with the Bulldog

It'll be best to ask in the Bulldog sub-section or to contact customer service via Corsair's support portal.

Being ITX, the board will fit. The socket on the board is NIL, it's a narrow band socket so the bundled cooler won't fit. You should get the h5 sf using the bracket on it though.
