Currently, there isn't a way to sync a breathing effect with Vengeance RGB and other LINK controlled devices. This is due to how the RGB lighting on DRAM is controlled through the SMBus, latency varies wildly between various platforms and even between motherboards on the same platform, making syncing difficult.
