Mamajuanauk Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 HI I want to remove one of my H100's from an older PC to use it in a newer one, Windows 7 keeps returning an I/O error when restarting the system after removing the H100 and re-installing the stock CPU cooler Any suggestions would be appreciated. peanutz94 Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 You shouldn't have to remove anything. The H100 uses no software s your error has to be coming from something else. It's possible the stock cooler isn't sitting correctly on your CPU. Remove and remount and see if that doesn't change anything. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
