Default ML120 RGB fan with one LED stuck on white?

Hey guys,

Anyone ever seen this? I have one ML120 RGB out of six total where only 1 LED is stuck on white. The other 3 LEDs on this fan seem to change just fine. Even when I turn all of the fans off in iCUE, this one LED quadrant stays on (even when the other 3 quadrants of this fan turn off).

The setup is:

Four total ML120 RGB fans
Two total ML140 RGB fans
All six fans plugged into the RGB LED hub
All six fans plugged into motherboard

Have you tried changing the slot of it on the RGB hub to see if that single LED will switch to a different color? Did this recently start happening or has the ML fan always reacted like that?

I have, actually, seen this before ... on a system at QuakeCon. It's definitely odd and it's not working as intended. I would open up an RMA request to get the fan replaced.
