Unable to log in.

I get an error when I try to get support from the site and get support.

Hello BlackPhoenixTR,

 

Have you made an account on support.corsair.com? The forum login and Support login are two different log ins. So please create an account on the support page if you haven't. As for the your key cap situation, are you talking about the coloration of the keys or was it chipping? Please let me know.

BlackPhoenixTR, it's been fixed.

 

Select a new password using the email we just sent to you and you'll be able to login to https://support.corsair.com. Once you do that it'll take you to the address update screen where you can enter in your info and continue to the ticket system.

 

Okay, my problem's solved. I think i had trouble with the address.
