Corsair Employee Corsair Wootaru Posted February 4, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 4, 2019 Hello BlackPhoenixTR, Have you made an account on support.corsair.com? The forum login and Support login are two different log ins. So please create an account on the support page if you haven't. As for the your key cap situation, are you talking about the coloration of the keys or was it chipping? Please let me know. Best, Wootaru
BlackPhoenixTR
yes I've created an account when I log in I get the error. The keys inside are stained, black tracks inside the keys. Is there a method I can query the serial number?
Corsair Employee Corsair Wootaru Posted February 4, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 4, 2019 Hello BlackPhoenixTR, The stained coloring is quite normal on some of the keycaps. There shouldn't be anything wrong with your keys. As for the issue logging in, let me see if I can get someone to help you with that. Select a new password using the email we just sent to you and you'll be able to login to https://support.corsair.com. Once you do that it'll take you to the address update screen where you can enter in your info and continue to the ticket system.
