Corsair void pro wireless random disconnection

Hello, I bought these headphones a month and a half ago, and up to a week ago everything was great. The problem was that while playing a game the helmets stopped working and when I started instead of the girl's voice it sounded a beep and I could not hear anything that played. The solution was to reinstall the software and they were already working. But these last days happen to me every day and I can not fix it by reinstalling the software. Does anyone know if it is a software problem, the usb that connects the computer with the headphones or my pc?

Mine is doing his auto shut down after 5 minutes while I'm playing PUBG ... even in Forza Horizon 4. There'ss still audio in there... I have choices, lowering or increasing the volume does nothing, I have to play with the buttons whom cuts off my microphone and disturbs again the mic feedback and the same goes again with the mic piviot, I don't wanna touch it because it also disables the feedback...
