CalTheTroll Posted September 20, 2017 Share Posted September 20, 2017 im having a bit of trouble with my wireless rgb headset when they dont hold charge for long they pulse orange and green evan when CUE has rgb disable and CUE also repots the battrys at -1% i have tryed reflashing both the headset and dongle to still be stuck with the same error i have also tryed on another pc and reinstalling CUE altogether to have no effect on this i also have lost any receipt as i have hed them for about a year now so i carnt return them for a new pair any help will do fine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SlurpyDerpy Posted October 30, 2017 Share Posted October 30, 2017 how about my problem......sorry popped out randomly.I have the Void RGB wireless.But it dosent seems to work wirelessly.It need to be plug into my pc than to be able to turn off.But it shows its always full batterey as the Green LED shines.Its been 9 month and using the latest CUE version.
