michal5 Posted June 19, 2018 Share Posted June 19, 2018 Hi I have a logged a ticket for a faulty RAM on the 30/05/2019. RMA has been approved , ram has been posted to UK and arrived on the 04/06/2019. Since then the ticket has been in processing status, and now it has been closed, while still in processing status. This likely means we were out of stock on the RAM, and they'll need to arrange an alternative. Looking at your ticket, they already did this, it just needs to be booked.
