wibble79
The process will start and then stop after a while and then say the update has failed. It gives percentages but the fail point is different every time. Could it be a faulty keyboard?
Apophis3
Try using another USB port, preferably a USB2.0 port.
wibble79
Unfortunately I don't have any USB 2.0 ports on my laptop. They are all 3.0. But I did try it with the keyboard attached to a USB hub with 2.0 ports and it still fails. So I tried unplugging the USB cable and put the keyboard in Wireless mode. Turned off the keyboard then back on. Initiated the firmware update and then plugged in the USB cable. The firmware update went without a hitch and was successful.
