tompka
Hi, I have a 32gb USB3 Corsair Flash Voyager Slider. I have had it plugged in to a pc all morning and have safely removed it, plugged into my laptop, formatted it, placed some more data on it, safely removed it again and then inserted it into another pc. The pc wasn't detecting the USB stick at all, so I've removed it again and tried plugging back into my laptop which now doesn't detect it, not even as a hidden device. I'm not too bothered about recovering the data on there as it was only a Windows 10 installation which I have on my laptop anyway. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar scenario and what they did about it? Would Corsair provide a replacement on the item? it's less than 1 year old. Thanks Jordan
Toasted
Yes, Corsair will be able to replace it under warranty. Request an RMA and upload your proof of purchase to the ticket. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
