Alcial
I bought the Carbide Spec-Omega RGB case about 4 or 5 months ago. Worked well for a while, and almost two months ago the power button on the front chassis started to not respond. At first I thought it was the facade on the front panel, but it seems to be the physical mechanism on the chassis. I contacted support almost a month ago now, and they were attentive to my request for assistance at first, but have since fallen silent. I created an account on the forums in the hope that someone will see this and finally respond to me, as I have to boot my PC from the MOBO now which is rather inconvenient and aggravating. TL;DR - Corsair support has treated me like crap and I don't intend on using them again for anything unless I can draw someone's attention to this.
