It's making this (see video) sound and it's louder than most my PC components. Should I be worried? Return it? Sell it pretend its all fine? Pray to shrek? Aquarium Posted May 14, 2017 Share Posted May 14, 2017 I have the Corsair CX 650M and it's making the same noise. Nothing in the system is anywhere near as loud and it's driving me crazy. The power supply is mounted conventionally with the fan down towards the ground, and it has perfect clearing as the case is placed on a hard foundation. The whole system is completely new, I built it under a week ago and the fan noise has been there from the start. I am concidering contacting my retailer, but it would be great if there were an easier fix to this. The system I'm running is: Corsair CX650M, 650W Asus ROG Strix Z270H Gaming Asus GeForce GTX 1070 ROG Strix Gaming 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 Intel Core i5-7600K Kaby Lake Processor Samsung 850 EVO Series 500BG Thanks!
