samsamm777
Hi all, my m60 arrived today (replacing an old logitech mx revolution) so this mouse has got a lot to live up to! plugged it in, windows installed some drivers. mouse seemed to work ok. i then installed the m60 drivers off the corsair website. fiddled about with the dpi settings a bit to get it right for me. then loaded up a game of league of legends. after about 1 minute the mouse went all jerky and stuttered about. then stopped working. i rebooted. it still didnt work. reinstalled drivers. still didnt work. tried different usb slot.still didnt work. tried everything. still didnt work. what can i do??? very very dissapointed. fruktan
why has nobody responded to my post yet? Try this: While the m60 is plugged in and the drivers are installed, use a 2nd mouse to reset the changes and see if the m60 comes alive.

Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 18, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 18, 2012 I would suggest having the software loaded and the M60 plugged in, plug in another mouse. Change the light height setting to high, then change it back to medium.

armtiage
Have you tired changing the "Report Rate Setting"? I had the same stuttering problem after adjusting the DPI, the lift height method did not work, but for some reason I figured I'd mess with the Report rate and that fixed it. I changed from 1ms to 8ms then back to 1ms.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 19, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 19, 2012 Please let us know how changing the Report Rate works.

Erkin
Have you tried to use this old software ? http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=101471 It solved my problem after the change of some options. I think this is the last software which is bugged.

Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 23, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 23, 2012 samsamm777: Did you also attempt to change the Report Rate settings? Are you still within the exchange policy with your reseller. This option may prove to be faster to get a new mouse in your hands.
samsamm777
Hi Ram guy, yes I did try changing all the settings i could possibly find. Im going to return the mouse for a refund. I wont be purchasing a Corsair product again.
Erkin
The mouse is really good. It's pity that they have such problems which are, i think, only related to software. (Am i right ?) It would be great if you could communicate about this problems (about the bugs you know, workaround, futur changelogs, ...)
