uncleonabudget Posted July 22, 2018 Share Posted July 22, 2018 I have this same issue but with out needing to be playing a video game. The dongle seems to disconnect and lose power and reconnect. michelleobrien Posted April 18, 2020 Share Posted April 18, 2020 this is happening with me too. it disconnects randomly while on zoom. have to shut down and restart and the headphones, and unplug and plug in the usb connector to reconnect. (using the usb connector on my Mac, running MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 with the iCue software downloaded.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
