I am having an issue with a support ticket and an item that I sent in for RMA.

How can I get an update on this ticket? I have reached out multiple times and still haven't heard back. This is in regards to a 128 GB USB Flash Drive that stopped working altogether.

 

Why is this taking so long?

Thanks Technobeard. I think there was a transition to the new ticket/support system when I submitted mine and it might have gotten lost in translation.

 

Luckily it's just a flash drive so, shouldn't be complicated to send me a new one :) I already suffered the loss of all my files on it.
