Default RMA can they make me pay shipment twice for their mistake ?

Hello,

So I had a problem with a keyboard (K30) made a ticket, sent it and was delivered the wrong model as a replacement (K66), I made a new ticket and now they are asking me to send it back and to pay AGAIN the shipping fees to send back the wrong keyboard.

If I pay again it will be $30 of shipping for a keyboard I've paid $50 which is more than half the price.

Is it fair for them to ask me to pay the shipping fees once again ?

Thanks in advance

You'll want to contact Corsair customer service over the phone and see whether they can provide a shipping label to send the keyboard back or other options available.

You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number.
