Jinxicus
Hi! I'm pretty new around here. First thing, I have owned the Corsair K55 Keyboard for almost 2 years now. Recently, I had noticed the backspace stopped working - ON EVERYTHING. So I tried every solution I could find online: • Reinstalled my keyboard to my computer.• Made sure the sticky keys / filter keys were turned off (Already were).• Checked to see if the drivers for my keyboard were up to date (Already were).• Checked to see if there was anything stopping the key from registering under the keys.• The notorious 'Take the plug out and put it back in again'. I'm currently using a very old keyboard but would love to start using my K55 again without having to purchase a brand new one. Is there anything I haven't tried and might help? Thanks! ♥
Corsair Employee Corsair Lettuce Posted May 11, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 11, 2018 Have you tried to perform a soft reset on the keyboard itself? Unplug the keyboard, hold down the FN and F4 key, then plug in the keyboard while still holding down the key for 30 seconds.
