I have an A8N-SLI mobo and 2 sticks of Twinx pc3200 c2pt, i cant post with any possible combination, whether using one or both. However i can just throw in some crap ram and it will boot right up. Im in BIOS version 1011, im somewhat of a noob at this and not sure what to do. I think its the voltage settings. So when i boot up with the crap ram ill go in and change the volt from stock 2.5 to 2.75. But when i save and exit, it seems to have problems seeing the revisions i made. When i go back in everything is just set to default. Not sure where to take it from here. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
milleron Posted November 19, 2005 Share Posted November 19, 2005 Well, you probably would want to set the DRAM voltage to 2.8, but if you're CMOS settings won't stick, then it sounds as though you have BIOS problem.
