Loud Idle Noise from GPU fan

Hi all, I just purchased a Corsair One Pro a few days ago. The system runs great, but I am getting more idle noise than I anticipated. I've built liquid cooled PCs before, and this does feel a bit noisier.

I don't have an accurate decibel meter, but my unit sounds exactly like this user's Youtube video here:

What I am not sure about given the various other posts on idle noise is if this is the standard noise and I am just sensitive to it given the room I am in, or if there is a genuine issue with the unit and I should open a service ticket.

Note: all drivers are updated. I checked inside the panels for any assembly issues (found none), but I am certain the noise is from the GPU fan.

Here is my Corsair Link at idle: https://imgur.com/a/LLccmTp

Appreciate any guidance.

It sounds like an issue with the blower fan on the graphic card shroud, I recommend replacing it.
