Phal Posted May 18, 2016 Share Posted May 18, 2016 is your VOID running normally? Maybe if it does, it could be possible to use bootloader mode to force the firmware update. Put the void off and disconnect the usb cable. Hold the Jog-Dial in the middle position and put your void on. It should be on bootloader mode. Following is from the german board: Schalte das Headset einmal aus und ohne das ein Kabel angeschlossen ist, halte den Jog-Dial (Wippschalter zum ändern der Profile etc.) in der mittleren Position gedrückt. Schalte dann das Headset bei gedrückter Taste ein. Jetzt sollte es sich im Bootloader Modus befinden. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
