Zinzertje
Good evening everybody. I just bought myself a brand new Corsair Void RGB Wireless headset. Problem is, it doesnt work. The first time i plugged the wireless dongle in my PC it worked fine. however without installing the CUE software i get a crappy Stereo sound and i bought this specific headset for the 7.1 Surround Sound. So i installed the CUE software. The second i install the CUE software, it gives me an error the Corsair Void wireless headsets driver isnt installed properly. If i go into Device Manager i can see that under :"Sound, video and game controllers" is a tab with:" Corsair VOID RGB Wireless Gaming Headset" with ofcourse a yellow error triangle. No clue what to do from here. CUE does detect my headset, i can see the status is "Works normally" and my battery level is 74%. Already tried repairing the dongle and headset twice. Firmware versions 37.03 and software version is 1.13.36, Does anybody have a clue by chance?

Toasted
Have you tried reinstalling the drivers for the headset via Device Manager? Drivers for the headset can be found here; (Default install path) C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\Corsair Utility Engine\driver\audio
maisbenn
Same issue here. Tried reinstalling the drivers, didn't work. Repaired the CUE software, didn't work. Uninstalled/Reinstalled CUE software, didn't work. What's the next step? In fact, once the CUE software is installed, the headset no longer shows up as a playback option. SuperNova777
I tryed to contact Corsair, and i open a ticket. They tell me that issue can be fixed with update the Motherboard chipset audio/usb, i tryed but the problem is not resolved yet. They probably fix this in next firmware update. Btw,there is an unofficial way to fix it, if someone know something tell us pls! (did u have listen anything with your headphone? i didnt listen nothing!! its seems like that my headphone are not linked with my pc, there is something to change in audio option?) Sorry my english,i'm italian
maisbenn
I just found this description, while poking around: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52) I hope it helps. I hope it is helpfull for someone
