Sythy
I just got my first void headset today. I installed it on my windows 10 computer, and when i plugged in the dongle it had a fit at me, and messed with my everything. So i did a fresh install of Windows 7 (as its drivers work for everything). And followed the install guide for the void (yellow jacket). I got to the stage where I installed CUE 1.11.85 and then I had no sound from the headset. So i went and checked my Playback/Recording devices, and it's not listed there. http://puu.sh/l6uuQ/eeb6a7c947.png So I checked Devices and Printers, and their is a headset in the devices section, but with a yellow ! on it, windows after for a troubleshoot (but it finds nothing), and then another device under 'Unspecified'. Even with this problem, when I change the EQ settings, i get the beeps through the headset. EDIT: When I unplug the headset itself from the charging cable, the unspecified device goes away. http://puu.sh/l6uvW/9b46eaea88.jpg I found another version of the drivers which worked, but it overinstalled CUE, and I want CUE to be able to mess with the EQ. Things I have tried: - 3 different USB ports - Re-installing CUE 1.11.85 - Uninstalling drivers, and removing anything to do with CUE from Reg. - Forcing Firmware Updates through CUE - Updating Windows

Sythy
I back dated CUE to 1.8.122 (seems like a fair bit ago). And it is working fine. So i'll stick to this until I get a good reply that works. :)
Toasted
You have an warning icon on the headset. If you ever do reinstall the latest CUE version and still have the error, copy and paste the status of the device here.

Corsair Chris
You said even after the Windows Update it's still unable to detect the headset?
Sythy
You said even after the Windows Update it's still unable to detect the headset? Correct. Only with 1.11.85 version of CUE. It will install and detect fine, until CUE installs the drivers, during the installation.
Toasted
To get the device status from Windows. Open Device Manager>Right click the device with the warning icon (Headset)>Properties>General>Highlight the text in devices and copy+paste it here or screenshot and upload it here.
