Default RMA Premium Cables need help

I have purchased a CP-8920004 package from frozencpu.com. The packaging appeared to be new; however, the content was damaged. The 24-pin cables clip was already broken and the red sleeves were extremely flimsy in some area. The The Eps connector had a split in it and was not up to satisfactory standard. I would like to have a new package of these replace, and if possible in a different color. The sleeves does not match with the picture on the website. The sleeves on the website appear to be bright while the ones I received were dark and old looking.

1. Please don't bump a thread within 24 hours.
2. As per the notice at the top of the forum, Corsair isn't open on the weekends. They won't be open for another 10.5 hours. If you're looking for the fastest response, I'd put in a ticket: http://www.corsair.com/helpdesk/

However, since you purchased a damaged good, you may want to contact the store directly.

Since you just purchased them from a reseller I would see if they would let you return them and order the color you like. However, the shade of the cable sets may vary from time to time. If they will not or cannot help you then please use the link on the left and request an RMA
