k95 rgb platinum Red lights showing up on COLOR WAVE when set to blue/green

I bought the K95 RBG Platinum a few months ago and recently some red lights appear when I have the lighting effect set to the color wave with alternating colors of blue and green. I have installed the latest software update and it still appears.

Whenever I reset the lighting effect it goes back to my preset colors of blue and green but eventually, within a few hours, it will start showing red lights again.

The red lights only appear one at a time in a specific order which so far I've noticed is on the forward slash key, the letter e, and the G1 key.

I was wondering if anyone else had the same experience as me or anything similar.
