jdracer47
I am not the expert Ram Guy is, but this may be a little iffy. What FSB is the MOBO? I would recommend matching FSB for both processor and ram. I tried this on a crappy Intel board once and it worked, but both sticks had to be in the same channel (not dual channel compatible). An 800FSB Processor would be your best bet. SpecMike and the Ram Guy are the guys I turn to when I need knowledge.
Wired
3 x 184-pin DIMM Sockets support max. 2GB PC2700/PC2100 (FSB533) The board can run it, but only at a FSB of 533 Mhz.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted September 13, 2004 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 13, 2004 Indeed this MB will run these modules, but you can only use 2 512 Meg modules max with this chipset and I would suggested you use slots 1-3 and set the timings manually to Cass 2.5-3-3-7 and set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts after you load setup defaults!
