boof19 Posted June 20, 2018 Share Posted June 20, 2018 Hi all, Just got a void pro rgb wireless 7.1 headset and am having problems with it. I am new to this so was questioning if it is me or the device. The problem: The surround sound is intermittently turning on and off and I am unable to modulate the sound using the jog dial. However I have moments where it works. Was using it yesterday, no problems and then they(the problems) started developing, started using it today and the same thing happened.
